The Berry College teaching greenhouse is a part of the Biology department. It houses many exotic plants that are used as specimens in a range of biology courses. Within the greenhouse, there are three different houses that all have slightly different temperatures, humidity levels, and lighting to accommodate a broad variety of plant species. Student workers maintain all of the plants and are overseen by Dr. Cathy Borer.
