CHM 480 is designed for chemistry majors who are planning on going onto a position in the chemical industries. Students who are planning on going to graduate school are also encouraged to take this course. The aim for this course is to develop competence in areas of chemical analysis using modern instrumentation. The topics covered in this course include atomic and molecular spectroscopy, electrochemistry and separation methods. Prerequisite: CI
