Chemistry 341: Biochemistry I

CHM 341 is an introduction to the field of biochemistry which seeks to explain the field of biology in terms of the chemistry.  We will be looking at biomolecular structures and their functions focusing on proteins/enzymes, DNA, lipids and membranes and an introduction to metabolism.

Prerequisite: Chemistry 222 (Organic Chemistry II).
