Content varies depending upon the instructor. Past topics have when I have taught this course include The Biology of Dinosaurs, Human Genetic Variation, Human Evolution, Darwinian Medicine, Cholesterol and Coronary Heart Disease, and Chaos and Complexity in Biology.
